Just smooth, silky chocolate. Notes of dried cherry and fig. There is a solid chocolate laced all throughout with a utterly lovely dense creamy mouth feel. Rounding it out is a moderate mineral quality and lime pith astringency that lends depth to the whole profile.
 
Great with just a touch of sugar added.
